● We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including (but not limited to) product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
● Payments must be completed before orders are processed. For orders placed on a cash-on-delivery (COD) basis, payment is required at the time of delivery.
● For orders above PKR 5,000, an advance payment may be required as per our store policy.
 

4. Shipping & Delivery

● We provide delivery services across Pakistan. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and product availability.
● Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may be subject to delays caused by courier services, strikes, weather, or other unforeseen events.
● Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping offers may apply on orders above the specified amount (as mentioned on our website).

5. Returns & Refunds
● If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
● Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
● Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on our part.
● Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
